Mobility and Exercise:

  • Promote regular exercise and mobility activities to enhance strength and balance.
  • Provide examples of suitable exercises based on individual needs.

Home Safety:

  • Identify and address potential hazards in the home environment.
  • Assist clients in making necessary modifications for safety.

Prevention Strategies:

  • Implement practical strategies, such as the use of non-slip footwear, handrails, and maintaining good hydration and nutrition.

Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Remember that communication is key. If you notice any changes in a client’s condition or have concerns about falls risk, please report it promptly through our incident reporting system.
