We are an experienced and accredited Aged Care provider, and we understand that individual’s needs vary greatly from person to person, and an individual’s needs can also change from time to time as their circumstances change.

Our primary focus is to assist you to continue living comfortably and safely in your own home for as long as possible, by supporting you with a range of services at an affordable rate.

Support services could be as simple as providing a little additional help around the home with cooking, cleaning or getting around, or you may require more complex services, such as assistance with medication management, dementia care or other clinical services. The point of difference that makes us unique is that we can cater for all of your needs, no matter how simple or complex they may become.

Meditech can provide support staff to assist in the home with domestic duties all the way through to specially trained Registered Nurses skilled in providing services to older people living at home.

Home Care

We understand that living in the comfort and security of your own home is where you or your loved ones would rather be, but sometimes a little assistance is needed to make this possible.

We can help by providing a range of domestic and personal care services to assist in maintaining a safe and independent household. If your needs should extend to requiring home nursing services, we can also assist with our team of experienced nursing staff.

Our staff are well trained, caring and hold a current police check as your safety, security and wellbeing is paramount in our mind.

Our team of Case Managers can help you find the right service to meet your needs. We can also assist in giving you direction to discuss an ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) appointment.

Home & Community Nursing

When the care required extends beyond just domestic support to more clinical needs, Meditech has a team of Registered Nurses ready to provide services to all areas of Sydney.

Our experienced team can be engaged for short or long term assignments to provide clinical services within your home.

Our team understand that communication with family members is a paramount factor in the overall care plan, and following a home visit our nurses will document the treatment provided and advise family members of any areas of concern. Our team can also liaise with your family GP to ensure a holistic approach is taken to the care management plan.

Our team of care workers generally have their drivers licence and their own vehicle should you need to get out and about. Our team can transport you, and accompany you for a range of visits such as:

  • Attending community activities

Respite Care

Meditech offers a range of respite options to assist carers with relief at anytime.

We understand that when you are caring for someone it’s a big responsibility and takes a lot of time, patience and energy and at times you will need some additional assistance.

We can provide relief care for you at short notice 24/7 which could include short visits, overnight stays or support during holidays and extended breaks.

Our team offer a broad range of support services from domestic help all the way through to complex clinical support from experienced Registered Nurses.

Being a carer is hard work, and it is essential for a carers well-being and emotional stability to know that help is available when they need a break, but more importantly you need to know that we will care for your loved one with the same respect and diligence as you do.
